This Necklace is purely decorative these are not good qualify pearls but they are a good size and the Necklace is long enough to be worn in several different ways. These are exactly the same pearls used in the shorter version 'item no. 8'. If you need to buff just use a soft tissue or duster with no product. Please also avoid spraying your necklace with a perfume or hair spray which is very destructive to both the gem stones and the gold and silver
